Measurements of Electrical Energy Supply Quality Parameters

We conduct measurements of electrical energy supply quality (JDEE) parameters for power generation sources and industrial consumers.

As part of the measurements, the following parameters are assessed:

a. RMS values of phase (inter-phase) voltages,
b. Asymmetry of phase (inter-phase) voltages,
c. Short- and long-term flicker coefficient,
d. Voltage distortion (phase or inter-phase) by higher harmonics,
e. Power factor tgϕ.

Conducting an analysis is essential in the process of locating the source of disturbances and proposing solutions to mitigate or eliminate the occurrence and effects of the identified electrical energy supply quality (JDEE) problem.

Depending on the type of issue, these solutions may be cost-free, related to modifying the network system or the way receivers are switched on, or cost-related, involving the installation of conditioners for selected voltage parameters, such as voltage stabilizers, voltage or current symmetrizers, or passive or active filters for higher harmonics.
