  6. The website collects information about users and their behavior in the following ways: a. Through voluntarily entered data in the forms, which is then stored in the Operator’s systems. b. By storing cookies (so-called “cookies”) on end devices.

2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator

  1. Login and personal data input areas are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that personal and login data entered on the website is encrypted in the user’s computer and can only be read by the target server.

  2. Personal data stored in the database is encrypted so that only the Operator with the key can read it. This protects the data in case the database is stolen from the server.

  3. User passwords are stored in a hashed form. The hashing function is one-way and cannot be reversed, which is the current standard for storing user passwords. To protect data, the Operator regularly performs backups. An essential element of data protection is the regular update of any software used by the Operator to process personal data, which means regular updates of programming components.

  5. You may file a complaint regarding the Administrator’s actions to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

  6. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for using the website.

  7. Automated decision-making processes, including profiling, may be applied to you in order to provide services based on the contract and for direct marketing by the Administrator.

  8. Personal data is not transferred to third countries, meaning outside the European Union.
